WR operates a 365-day, 24-hour service from our 17 branches and we can offer complete reactive service and planned maintenance packages for all types of refrigeration and air conditioning plant. WR Refrigeration prides itself in being a 'solutions provider' in the refrigeration and air-conditioning sectors. Our branch network, management and engineering skills combine to provide a unique service capability to our customers.

If high volume service requests are envisaged we offer one point of contact through our National Call Centre based in Leicester. Trained operators, utilising the latest IT technology, will provide a swift and personal response and arrange service coverage through our nationwide branch network.
