• 1998: Name change to WR Refrigeration.
• 1998: WR acquires General Refrigeration.
• 1999: WR acquires NRC.
• 2001: WR acquires Westward Refrigeration.
• 2002: Management Buy-out.
• 2004: Purchase of WR by Huurre.
• 2005: WR acquires Trembath Refrigeration & Air Conditioning.
• 2006: WR acquires Hussmann UK service and contracting operations.
• 2009: Launch of WR Training Academy in Birmingham
• 2010: Launch of WR Products
• 2013: Launch of WR Electrical
